But this time I am not going to do this. I have modified some recipes to be healthy but still what I would consider edible and not something I would give a rabbit. Now these recipes may not be everyones cup of tea but they are definitely mine. My plan is to have a smoothie for breakfast, a light lunch and a big, hot dinner. I can snack on fruit and veg during the day but no crisps and biscuits!!
I hate it when people use the word fat. I don't know about anyone else but it just makes me immediatly think of how I can justify my appearance. Although I wouldn't say I'm overweight, I am nowhere near what I want to look like. So this is me trying to make some changes, not dieting just changing for the better.

Healthy-ish Recipes
What I have found is that when I type in healthy recipes into google all these quinoa and vegan recipes appear. Now while I'm all for these recipes for other people, I am literally the pickiest eater in existence. I'm allergic to stuff and intolerant to a lot of others which makes it difficult to become healthy as well. But when I finally find a recipe that I could physically eat without becoming ill or dying it's full of gross foods that I would never eat and I start to turn back to my chips and biscuits.
